They specialize in Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans, Fix & Flip financing, Bridge Loans, and Ground-Up Construction loans. To effectively showcase their unique offerings and build trust, Bluebird Lending teamed up with R2 Creative Group to develop a user-friendly website and engaging marketing campaign. Objective:

Our approach included designing targeted landing pages paired with strategic pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize client conversion rates and enhance overall engagement.
