Fastrack Construction wanted to create a website that showcases the full range of its services, emphasizes what makes it special, and highlights its amazing portfolio of projects. The design and features of the site needed to capture the spirit of Fastrack as a strong and successful player in the construction industry.

Objective:

The main goal of our new website is to serve as a tool for validation. We want to showcase Fastrack’s credibility and highlight our achievements in the construction industry. It’s important to note that the website isn’t aimed at attracting new clients; rather, it’s designed to build trust and confidence among our current stakeholders.

R2 Approach:

When we started this project, R2 wanted to make sure we kept Fastrack’s audience in mind, which includes building owners, investment funds, and developers. Our goal was to highlight how well Fastrack can manage projects while maintaining top-notch quality.

We designed the website to prominently feature a variety of completed projects in the Northeast, showcasing everything from residential buildings (like 100-unit and 300-unit apartments) to mixed-use developments, hotels, office headquarters, renovations, historic restorations, and new constructions, including façade replacements.

Moreover, R2 intentionally highlighted distinctive project features that differentiate Fastrack from its competitors. This included showcasing amenities, LEED certification, panelized construction techniques, and efforts in historic preservation. By integrating these elements into the narrative, the new website aimed to position Fastrack as an innovator in construction practices.

Outcome:

The project culminated with R2 successfully demonstrating Fastrack’s expertise in managing all trades throughout the entire design and construction process. The website illustrates how Fastrack collaborates effectively with architects, engineers, and consultants, showcasing a cohesive team dynamic from the initial design stages to value engineering. Our goal was to emphasize Fastrack’s advanced skill set and the high level of trust established within its partnerships, along with its remarkable problem-solving capabilities.

The final website successfully communicates this expertise to visitors, spotlighting Fastrack’s proficiency in design-build construction, value engineering, panelization, and LEED certification. Through a compelling blend of imagery, thoughtfully crafted text, and a rich gallery of project photos, the site vividly portrays Fastrack’s mission and achievements, ensuring it resonates with audiences and affirms their reputation as a reliable and effective construction partner.
